Photo Gallery Issues

  I use the Twenty Ten theme.

  With the new changes I can’t find the 4 digit number that’s required to place images that I’ve used into my image gallery. Typically I just grab the 4 digit number in the media area then place it into the image gallery where they are separated by commas.

  Also; this isn’t a problem per-say but in my 2014 image gallery the images in there are randomly displayed. Is there a way to change that so they are displayed newest on top?

  You can easily insert image galleries by clicking on the Add Media button and you should be able to re-order images in a gallery by dragging and dropping in the gallery editor. More information here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
