  I would like to build a Photo Gallery on our site EIFMPartner.org. Is there a feature for assistance to help accomplish this task?

  For the Open Source version of WordPress that you are using for EIFMPartner.org hosted with GoDaddy, you can ask for advice in the WordPress.org support forums:

  So what is this forum good for? It supports sites that are hosted with WordPress.com. The support forums are similar, but they support different versions of WordPress.
