Photo Gallery slide show has residual left & right pics

  Using 2011 theme with a photo gallery on one page; with 5 thumbnail pics across the page. Clicking on one of these thumbnails takes me into a photo slide show, with the picture of interest in the center. So far ok. The issue is there are bits of the previous and next picture to the left & right of the center picture. To me this is annoying. Is there a way to blackout the sides so that only the center picture shows (of course with the back & forth arrows on the edges)??

  http://roseneathvacationrentals.wordpress.com/ I see what you mean but we cannot edit the carousel appearance or disable it. Staff have advised that this is the first iteration of the Carousel feature, so we’ll all have to wait and see what’s coming at us next. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/11/08/new-photo-carousel/#comment-142425

  Thanks for the info. Any suggestions for alternatives while we (I) wait, keeping in mind I love the thumbnails on the page and then going into a “carousel” after clicking on a thumbnail??

  Thanks for your time. I will submit the feature requirements into the support group and hope that they will eventually add them on the next release.
