  To whom it may concern,
  I have just uploaded a photo on my public profile but I do not know why the picture does not appear on my public profile (when I publish a post I would like other people could see the photo of my public profile). How can I do this?

  Do you mean you’d like your Gravatar image to show up with each post? If so, you may wish to check out the themes that display Gravatars, such as

  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/ryu/

  Alternately, you can insert a Gravatar widget into your sidebar:
