Hi Noelia.
Looking over your account, I can see that your current profile picture isn’t displaying on WordPress.com as it’s been given a rating of ‘PG’ in Gravatar. WordPress.com will only show pictures which have a rating of ‘G.’
You can change the rating by heading to ‘My Gravatars’ in gravatar.com:

Hover over your picture in the ‘Select image (below) to use for the selected email (above) or add a new image’ section, and then click the little ‘Rated PG’ icon that appears towards the top-right of the picture. On the page your led to, select the ‘Rated G’ option. Your profile picture will then display across WordPress.com.

Thank you very much. I’ve another problem with another image. The photo that appears when someone share my site on facebook, for exmaple, or the small icone wich appears on safari. I want to change it and i cannot find where. In my case, at the picture appears lots of trees. thank you very much

Hi there.
It seems that the image with the trees was an older image in your Media Library that was on a now-deleted page. It’s likely that Facebook was caching this. I’ve used the Debug tool to ‘Fetch new scrape information’ for your site, and you shouldn’t see that image when sharing to Facebook again:

You’ll see that the first image we share from your home page is your Blavatar, this is also the small icon which appears in Safari. You can upload your Blavatar by heading to Settings > General in WP Admin:
