1. Can I make the photos in my Get to know us page look like: http://cablueprinting.com/get-to-know-us/banner-exp/#main ? instead of all all black new window looking page. If so, how?
2. Can I have a decent clickable slideshow on my home page?
3. How do I remove the Leave a Comment option from my site except from the Comment tab option?

I think you’re talking about the Carousel feature that’s discussed at http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/07/12/around-the-carousel-again/
There is not a way to turn it off. You can switch Carousel to a light theme on your Settings → Media page if that helps. Or you can switch to linking gallery images directly to files instead of attachment pages in the gallery settings.
