http://acaseofwanderlust.wordpress.com/2013/08/05/a-hike-and-an-accident/I have exceeded my upload limit, so I began uploading my photos to picasa and inserting them as a media file via google albums and they used to fit in just fine, but now they are all stretched and warped. Someone please help me out? I”m not super computer savvy, so it might just be something I’m not thinking to do.

Hi there,
I’ve been taking a look at your photos, and it appears that when the images are being pulled from Google, they are being sent over always with the same dimensions attached in the meta-data, which are not always the correct dimensions for the photo. Our editor then displays the photo at the dimensions which it is told, thus resulting in the stretching which is showing on your posts.
You’ve got a couple of options. The first is that you can upload directly to your account at WordPress.com, where they will be displayed correctly (which I know is hard given your data issues).
The second is that you can go in and edit your image’s dimensions so that they display correctly. You can do this by clicking on each image and little icons will appear. One which looks like a postcard and one which looks like the international “no” symbol. Click on the postcard and then on the “Advanced” tab on the window which appears after that. You can then specify the correct dimensions for each image.
I hope this helps, and further I hope that you continue to have a great time in your travels! It looks like you’ve been having a fabulous time so far! :)
