Photo underneath my Blog's Title

  I would like to know if I could add a photo underneath my blog title. I have only ever used blogspot until now and so I am just getting used to this format and don’t know if I’m not looking in the right spot. The only thing I have found is that I can add a photo as the entire background of my blog, which I don’t want. I just want a small picture with the title either on top of the photo or just above it. Can I do this? Thanks so much for your help!

  It seems you were able to set the photo underneath your blog title. You can change the header under ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Header’ in your Dashboard.
