photo upload

  Hi,

  I am trying to upload images into my blog. I actually wanted to edit an older post by adding a new image(from my C drive). I uploaded it to WordPress so it’s in my gallery.
  1) The problem is that when I try to upload it to my post, there is no picture!

  2) I then tried to use html to code the picture on there, instead of using the visual editor. i basically ‘fixed’ the links from the code for another photo to be personalized for the second photo (as it does exist in the gallery). when I did tis, i just have a blank box in the visual editor. additionally, the actual page shows nothing in the space where the photo should be.

  Does the image actually show a thumbnail on the file type view in the media gallery.
  If it does not, then I have the same problem. But if the thumbnail is showm then it would work for me. I have no other suggestions. Except linking to a photosharing library like photobucket etc

  Morris,

  It was fixed! Very randomly!
  But yes, the image did show a thumbnail on the file type in the gallery. I know linking ot photobucket will work (I used to do that too), but I was angry and was trying to force it to work…

  I also cannot upload any photos to my site. I have the latest version of flash, I tried the browser option and also resized the photos. NOTHING. So very frustrated with the “new and improved wordpress” :(

  Email Support and they fix it. Well, i think they do:

  Support actually emailed me back with a very confused message, but when I logged into WordPress right after, everything worked! Maybe it was a fluke?
