Photo Upload Error

    I’m receiving the following error message when trying to upload photos, even though they’re well within the size limits: ‘Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.’

    I read that I may need to ‘maximize my PHP settings’. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    I did not have any issues in trying to upload images to https://kerrvilleriverproperty.wordpress.com/ which is the only site I see under your @kerrvilleriverproperty WordPress.com account when I check on our end.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
