Photo Upload FAILS! Host has adjusted upload amt. – still FAILS!

Hello-
So we have migrated a WP site to a host and once live, we have experienced a failure to upload photos. The file crunches completely, but the preview photo and the actual photo (linked into WP) show up as little blue squares with question marks (a typical error GUI for Safari) or as nothing in Firefox. Note that: Prior to migration all photo uploads were succseful and are currently working live in the back-end and on the front-end.
Steps taken to troubleshoot:
1. Tried uploading different photos and small files (under 100 kb) as well as different file formats (jpg, png, gif, pdf). Nothing gets through!
2. Requested the Host bump the upload limit to its highest amount. Done.
3. Requested the Host explore the directory for issues in which the photos were stored. Done. No issue on the host end so far…
4. Tested uploading on multiple browsers and computers.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hey- maybe you missed something?
What about WP didn’t get through Key Master?
I am strictly working with WordPress.com.
Am I in the wrong forum or am I asking the wrong questions?
Either way, I need an answer as I have a very awesome and patient client hanging on your every word!

The software you are using was downloaded from wordpress.ORG and your blog is not hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service. There are substantial differences between the two.
For the self-hosted version of wordpress, you need to inquire at the link tellyworth gave you. We can’t answer questions about the self-hosted software since it is different from what is used here.
