Photo upload problems

When we’re uploading photos to the website, they get all the way to the end, but won’t go through the “crunching” faze. It shoots an “error” saying “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” No matter how many times we try to upload the photos, it won’t work. I’ve tried re-saving them in different formats and nothing seems to work, please help. We’ve tried uploading the same images for days.

That site is not a hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
