Hi there, can you share a little more context? If you can share a link to a post where they’re having this issue, and any more information you have about their setup (from an iPhone? Using a laptop? etc.), that would be helpful.
Thanks!

@madillsk I think I misread your question actually: they only see black and white.
Somehow I thought you meant they only see the ones that are black and white. Sorry about that!
This particular theme has a color filter built in as part of its design.
I want to say you can unset that if you’d like in the Site Editor, or you can switch to a theme that doesn’t have a color filter built in. Let us know which path you’d like to take, and we’ll go from there.

I’d be happy to change the theme as it is irrelevant to people being able to see the posts.

Hi there,
In this case it just happens that you have chosen a theme that has a duotone (black and white) filter effect on images by default. You can see that here: https://twentytwentytwomintdemo.wordpress.com/
If you would like to use the same theme, but with color images, you can choose this one instead: https://wordpress.com/theme/twentytwentytwo
Alternatively you can choose any of the themes you see here instead: https://wordpress.com/themes/
One thing to be aware of is that for the most part, changing your theme is a lot like changing the clothing on a mannequin. Your content (pages, blog posts, uploaded media) don’t go anywhere or change that much… they just assume the style of the new theme
If you switch themes now you will not lose any of your existing content, though some setup (to look like the new theme you’ve chosen) may be required.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
