Photo walls and slideshows have disappeared from my blog!
-
Hi, I displayed photos at the end of blog posts via Cooliris walls. They have been there since 2011/12 but have suddenly disappeared!
I also had 3 slideshows (on continual loop) on my sidebar, created in Slideroll and these have also disappeared.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,

What are the URLs of these posts or pages that the images are “missing” from?
Have you used all your free media storage space?
http://annmariacoughlan.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.phpWhere are the missing images hosted?
Are they hosted on an image hosting service like Flickr or photobucket?
Did you upload them into your Media Library?
Did you delete them from the Media Library? If you do that then they cannot be displayed and you will have to upload them again.

I have never heard of slideroll or Cooliris walls but I do know neither has ever been directly supported by WordPress.com.

Hi there,
I just visited your blog using chrome. There was a shield showing up in the address bar, that said “This page includes script from unauthenticated sources” and there is a button that Says “Load Unsafe Script” If I click that button, it shows the slideroll content, this is probably because the blog is https, while the included script from slideroll content is not. Hope that helps. -
Thank you all for replying. Aliencoder, you hit the nail on the head! I had just discovered this when I got your mail.
Many thanks for taking the time to respond.
Best wishes,
Ann
