Photoblog doesn’t load well / displays strangely

I run my photoblog qussa.wordpress.com with the Monotone-theme, but recently when I open the first page and the admin section it looks strange, as if it has taken too long too load and has stopped half-way. The entire layout is mixed up, some colors are missing and the text is on the left side of the page.
I’ve tried clearing the cache and force-refresh, but this hasn’t helped, and I can’t think of anything else. On my friend’s computer it looks strange as well, so I think it’s something with wordpress.
Does anybody know what’s going on, if this is specific to monotone or to all wordpress blogs? Because the forums here look strange to me as well.

The blog looks normal to me. So does your wp-admin dashboard.
Is there something specific that I should look at?

I guess it has something to do with our internet-connection at home, because everything seems normal now that I am on another connection (internet cafe). I was only having problems with wordpress-powered sites though (also other people’s blogs), no clue why that was…
Will keep an eye on it to see if it will happpen again.
