"photographer" theme: slideshow not working/ page title appearing in page body
-
Hello there,
I’m new to wordpress and relatively new to web-design. I worked quite a lot out, but I’m still having a couple of issues with the “Photographer” theme:
In the demo, the home page is a clean slideshow: there is no border around the images and the word “Home” certainly doesn’t appear in the body of the page. I’ve succeeded in making the page static, but when I set the page template to “Sildeshow page” it publishes blank.
(It also publishes blank for “portfolio page;” “Home Page” just insists on repeating the content of a different page; and both “Default Template” and “full with” include the word “Home” in the the body…not to mention the ugly border around the sildeshow when you go with the “Default template”)
What do I have to do to get to that demo-quality simplicity? Why are half the templates previewing/publishing blank?
help!

Hi,
In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/photographer
For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
Kind regards,
