Photographs in blogs

  Can anybody help me, please? If I have a photograph in my Gallery, which I then publish on my blog, will the blog photo disappear if I delete the photo from my Gallery? I know I’m a bit thick, but I have a feeling that it does disappear.

  Yes, it will disappear if you’ve hotlinked it from your Gallery (ie used the URL of the Gallery to make it show up on your blog). If you want to upload it to your WordPress.com webspace and display it from there, then deleting it from the Gallery won’t change its display on your blog. Instructions for uploading are in the FAQ under “Images”.
