Photography Classic Theme no longer functional

I put up a forum topic labeled “Changes I make to my site don’t show on the site” and it was acknowledged that the upgrades to WordPress made it so the Theme became dysfunctional. Since then I still have yet to successfully post anything to my site, and I see that the Theme has upgraded for a cost.
In consideration of my site being down for 6 months, I need to ask for at least a partial refund. The theme should still be good for another year. I am not interested in going through this again, so I will not be using WordPress anymore. I apologize if this is the incorrect place to voice this complaint.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard and then purchase another premium theme.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
I also note that your theme is a premium theme and read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme. http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/photography/
If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

thank you for responding. In lieu of spending more time searching for answers, could you please tell me where on my Dashboard I can find the refund request?
