Photography tab help

    Hey people

My blog is going to be a bit random and so I have a few different tabs. For the most part the themes layout I have chosen is okay EXCEPT for the Photography page.

My question is: How can I make just that one page more photo friendly without changing my whole theme?

I want the photo’s i post to be seen HD and I would like people to be able to enlarge it when they click on it.

    Any help is appreciated!
    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi nazyrawr, have you tried to use the portfolio post type on your Photography page? Once you activate it, you can load your photos on the portfolio projects and add the short code [portfolio] on the page to make it appear.

You can find more about the portfolio custom post type here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/

Let me know if that makes sense to you and if you need any help to activate the portfolio mode if it’s not already activated.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Thank you for the information. Looks good except I don’t see an option to enable the portfolio function on my theme.

    Maybe I’m missing something? I don’t know

  • Hey nazyawr,

Probably your theme hasn’t the portfolio option automatically activated. Go to Dashboard>Settings>Writing and scroll down to Your Custom Content Types. Then enable Portfolio Projects.

Don’t forget to hit the blue Save Changes!

Let me know if it works :)
