Photography Theme
-
I’ve emailed once already.. but following your instructions to do the simplest thing and then having to search the forums to see how to actually make it work is wasting my time.
This theme is so frustrating and complicated, by the looks of it I’m not the only one finding this too. Can i get a refund on this? I don’t think it should be anywhere as difficult as this.
All I want to do is create a website like the demo one…why don’t you have individual pages set up like the demo one which people just alter to fit their own needs?
I don’t understand any of it and am just going round in circles and wasting my time.
I follow your instructions and they don’t work. I have just followed your instructions for creating a gallery connected to a photograph and now I have an blog page with images vertically placed and not in a gallery format.
Please help, fix this, make it simpler, offer a better solution..about to throw my computer out of the window.

In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/photography
This might help too: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/photography-documentation One of the first things on the guide is how to create pages like the demo site.
For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
Hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any more questions!
