Photography Theme "Blog" page trouble

Hello. I am trying to figure out how to make my new posts show up on my link “Latest Work” or blog page. I have managed to make a “latest Work” tab at the top of my page but it is just a single post once clicked. I cannot figure out how to forward every new post I make to show up on that specific link page. I was hoping somebody out there could help. Thank you so much for your time. We organize our posts by use of categories. To organize your posts, assign categories and sub-categories, create a custom menu and include them in it.
There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. However, we can create the appearance that we have done that by setting up a custom menu and displaying Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation menu.
