Photolite update destroyed my site

    Flytheme’s Photolite updated their site, and now I have a non-functional website and weeks of work ahead of me.

    Please make it more difficult to update themes. Make the upgrade go to a warning site first to make sure backups are in place. I thought they would be updating around the data on my page, but they just erased all my most important customized settings, and kept what they wanted to keep. It will be days before they contact me, because they are on the other side of the world.

    How do I petition to get Photolite removed as a WordPress-approved theme?
