  In my two most recent posts, the pictures I’ve included disappear after a few days and are replaced by a small box. I’ve reinserted the photos several times but the same thing happens. What’s going wrong? Can I fix it?

  It looks like those images are (or at least were) hosted by Facebook, try uploading images to your Media Library here so that you have control of them.
