photos and how they can be placed on the site

Hello, I would like to be able to post photos like the ones seen on the spotify website. When one is scrolling up or down the site one can see the photos I am referring too. Here is the website address to make things easy on you! https://www.spotify.com/us/
If inserting photos like this is not possible on my current site I would appreciate it if someone would tell me.Thank you.

You might be find a theme (either a free WordPress.COM one or one of their premium themes) that looks similar to what you are seeking. Though, it appears the spotify.com/us homepage is using Javascript to produce the look and WordPress.COM does not allow for the use of that.
WordPress.ORG has plenty of themes available. Some of which you can purchase from theme companies for the WordPress.ORG market such as http://www.woothemes.com/
Unfortunately, WordPress.ORG requires either self-hosting or hosting from a vendor such as Bluehost or GoDaddy.See here for the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG
