Photos are not appearing on the main page

  Hi,

  How can I make the photos of my posts appear on the main page? All I can see just text and text after each other on the main page… boring.
  I want to fresh it up a bit to include some pictures out of each post.

  Also I posted image format posts before and the photos are not showing on my main page.

  I have tried now to set a future image in one of my post plus made it sticky, and now it is showing a picture. Is there any other way to do this? I do not want to make all my posts sticky.

  I was thinking maybe the image size is too big and this is causing the issue? But no as I tried it also.

  On the first post on your main page, you have a featured image set. That is what will show on the main page. Edit the posts and add featured images to them. They do not have to be set as sticky posts.

  Alternately, if you have an image inside of the post content, and want that to show as a featured image, go to Customize > Content Options and under Featured Images, check the Automatically use first image in posts and save.

  @carolinaveravirgine, The theme you are using does not support Content Options.

  On your blog page, I see only one post and that post has a featured image visible.

  I also see your front page with portfolio project images. Can you explain where it is you are expecting to see an image?

  I have switched on the “Automatically use first image in posts” but I still cannot see any pictures on my main page apart from the one which is Sticky. I want all of them to look like as the Sticky one but without making them Sticky.

  @mydreamoftravelblog, I’m going to have to chat with our developers on this. From reading under Featured Header Images, and Post Formats & Sticky Posts on the Hemingway Rewritten Theme Showcase page, it appears that featured images set on posts will only show if the post is set as a Sticky Post. If a featured image, that meets the criteria for the Featured Header image (see quick specs at bottom of showcase page), and if a header image has not been set at Customize > Header Image, then the featured image set in the post will be used as a header image.

  I’m thinking that the Content Options section may have some stuff in there that should not be in there.
