Photos Changing (Possible Hack)

    Hi, my blog is at hajelpitan.com and recently, when I view my blog on various devices, I see photos that I did not put on it. My photos are being changed by someone. I also noticed there was a strange referrer to my blog with the word “semalt” which I flagged as spam, then put in 2 step authentication, but still find the photos changed when I check my site. When I do log in though, my original photos are there. Please help, I don’t want to have to delete my site, have invested too much. Thanks.
