Photos changing to thumbnail size after saving

    Hi, I’ve used the same insert photo from Photoshop process for years, and just recently some photos will change to tiny thumbnail size after I’ve saved my progress on a new post. My IOS operating system and photoshop are up to date/latest version. Thanks in advance
