Photos disappearing

  Hello,

  I set up quite a few blog posts with a lot of photos and for months, everything has been fine. I now see that hundreds of photos have vanished from my blog, where they previously appeared just fine, and have no idea what’s gone wrong.

  I added photos in a mix of ways: uploading media; copying photos in from elsewhere; even copying from within the body of an email and in some – but not all – cases this has meant they’re disappearing. For example, this post had photos and now doesn’t: http://siryoureonfire.wordpress.com/2013/09/11/naxos/

  But this one still does, and I would have added these photos in exactly the same way (they aren’t hosted on WordPress): http://siryoureonfire.wordpress.com/2013/09/10/santorini/

  Any clue what’s happening and how to bring my photos back?

  Do the photos missing from posts still appear in you media library?

  Sorry. I guess they wouldn’t be in your media library, since as you said “they aren’t hosted on WordPress.”
