photos from my phone will no longer upload

    I cant upload photos taken from my phone onto my web page that I used to have no issues with. I have to go through a time consuming process of shrinking the the images. This was not an issue until the last wordpress update. this is an issue when using the app as well as my desktop.

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with BlueHost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
