Photos from website unable to share to Pinterest

  Hello,

  I just recently added the Pin It plug in to my WordPress page. The plug in worked but when trying to share it to Pinterest there is an error code.

  Oops! Parameter ‘image_url’ (value http:data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7) is not a valid URL format.

  Is there an easy fix?

  Hi @paxsono96,

  Looks like the Pin It plugin is for a WordPress.org site. The differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com can be seen here:

  Hi @nixiack8,

  The page that I am currently working on is a wordpress.org site. I have a different username for that one since it is through work. I’ve looked at the support pages before but they don’t seem to answer my question.
