  It sounds like connectivity issues, but since your site is hosted at BlueHost and not here on WordPressdotcom, we won’t really be able to resolve this issue for your standalone WP (org) site.

  Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with different documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
