Photos-how to get border?
-
Hi,
When uploading a photo to my Word Press.com blog, I can’t seem to space it and/or give it a border. However, when uploading to my other blog on Word Press.org, this is done automatically.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thnaks!

hi ,
If you want a simple thin border around the image, you can add this after “img” (with a space before and a spacer after) :
style="border:1px solid #HEX_NUMBER_HERE;"All sorts of borders are possible; for instance, this will give you a double black border :
style="border:6px double #000000;"Source : http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/category/borders/

Some themes automatically produce borders and/or space around images, while others don’t. DePo Masthead doesn’t. You can click on your images in the visual editor, click the edit button (the mountain icon), click Advanced Settings, set numbers for borders and/or horizontal and/or vertical space.
And please paste the exact URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your nickname to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.
