photos in right side bar

  I want photos in the right side bar of Chateau but so far, none of the Widgets or Help info has helped. Does Chateau not support this? If not what themes do? I don’t know CSS or HTML.

  Most people use the Image widget:

  I use Chateau for a private blog and I prefer to use a text widget:

  and the way I do it is to put the photos in the correct size for the sidebar (you’ll need to resize them first) into a draft post using the visual editor and get them how I want them, then I click the HTML tab in the post editor and copy and paste that code into a text widget in the sidebar and save it.

  You don’t need to know any HTML by the way for this – just grab all the code you see and paste it in.

  If you use Image widgets, make sure you use an image editing application first, to downsize the images to the right pixel width. See here:
