  Is the photo editor down right now? I can’t add any images to our media library.

  Hi there!

  You shouldn’t be running into any issues with that. What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
  What exactly happens when you’re trying to add an image to the media library?

  The issue resolved itself after about a half-hour. Who knows? Just some momentary glitch, but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t some weird server issue like the error message said.
