Photos not loading…

  I’m using a secure hotel wifi and updating my WordPress blogs via the web.
  Trying to insert media, I can get as far as selecting a photo; it says 100% but then doesn’t proceed to ‘crunching’. Messages include: ‘Error’ and ‘Whoops! There seems to have been a small systems error’. What is causing this?
