photos not loading for followers

  Several followers have contacted me and said that the photos are not appearing when they receive their usual ‘follower email’ from me. This has developed since the “upgrade” on 1/9/13 to the reader. Also can you let me know if there is a way to have my image appear correctly in the reader – not it is cropped randomly. thanks.
