Photos Not Posting When Blog Publishes

  Trying to upload photos from a win vista PC to my blog. It show the photos in the editor, yet when I publish the photos are not there. Was able to post from my mobile app with photos find. Am thinking its a setting on this new pc????

  Anyone else have this issue?
