Hi, I have an issue with my website. Photos in my website does not appear on other devices such as android phones and laptops except for iphones and macbooks are all fine.
I don’t know what is the issue and how to fix it.

I have tested your site on an Android device and non-Mac laptop and everything works perfectly fine. Images are displayed seamlessly and no issues encountered while browsing on the site.

I just wanted to add that We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer on our managed WordPress service. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files or the ability to take a closer look.
However, even though we are not able to help with your site directly, as @zigzagboogaaloo mentions sometimes clearing your cache can help here. In this case what you describe sounds to me like it could also be a theme issue and the good news is that your theme (Astra) offers their own support department here and may be able to take a deeper look at your issue: https://wpastra.com/support/
