Photos not showing up on iPhone and iPad

    I have two wordpress.com sites. One is a free site and one has a starter plan attached to it. The site on the starter plan doesn’t show any of the photos on my pages/posts when i load it up on my iphone and iPad, and the site on the free plan does show them on my iOS devices. Both sites show photos on Windows/PC. I can’t figure out what is different between the two sites, that one shows the photos and one that doesn’t on iphone and ipad. And others I’ve invited also can only see photos on computer and not on iOS devices on the one starter plan site. It seems like all the settings are the same between the two accounts, and I’ve tried up loading the same photo files to both sites, but with different result of being able to only see them on iOS devices on the free plan.
    Do you have any suggestions for a fix? I am a newbie with this and cant seem to find any solutions online.
