photos on phone view on lovecraft

    I have added some photos into my blog that on the computer work perfectly in all views however whenever anyone looks at it on their phone or tablet the photos cover a paragraph of words.

    Can someone help with this?

    Hi there!

    I have checked your website http://globalnomads74.wordpress.com/ on my Android mobile and iPhone. It appears perfectly for me. I don’t see any image covering the text.

    Could you please point to the post/page where you are seeing this issue?

    I’m not sure how to show you the issue, I have done a screen shot but not sure how to attach it here? It is the two images in the middle of the text on my family skeletons page, they cover the words on the Paragraph before. Just checked again and it’s still doing it for me, and other people.

    You can upload the screenshot to a third party service like Snag.gy, Droplr or CloudApp and then share the image link here.

    Alternatively, you can also add the screenshot to your media library and add the modlook tag in the sidebar so that the staff can assist you.

    I have added the modlook tag and uploaded the screen shot to my media library. I am hoping that one of the staff can help.

    I’m not hopeless at computers but this all sounds like a different language to me now!

    So yes that is what it is meant to look like but its not what I see or a few of my family and friends. We are using iphones or ipads and most likely safari

    Hi there,

    I tested your site on both the current version of iOS (12) as well as on the previous (11) and I wasn’t able to replicate it.

    Please make sure that you’re running the latest version of iOS and Safari supported by your device.

    Also, can you please let me know the iOS version and the model of your iPhone so I can further troubleshoot this?

    Thanks so much for your help. That is what seems to be the problem. I was looking at it on my iphone 6 with iOS 10. I cant upgrade as my phone is out of space but at least I know what to tell people if they have the same issue.

    I’m glad we figured this out. I suggest freeing up some space on your iPhone because that model can be upgraded to the latest version of iOS. It’s nice to run the latest version from a security standpoint ;)
