PHOTOS sidebar in Ideation and Intent theme

Why does the PHOTOS sidebar not get generated on my blog http://www.nationalinquiry.wordpress.com ? I have 3 jpg photos that are all attached, but only one of them appears… :(
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It states that in the support guide of Ideation and Intent that:
A custom Images sidebar has been built into Ideation & Intent. This sidebar will display images from the latest 10 posts that have image attachments. Up to 8 images will be displayed for each post and each image links directly to the post it is attached to.

After looking into your account, I found that you have 4 posts, but the only one with an attached image from your Media > Library is this post:
I am able to see that image in your Media > Library page and that is the one showing up on your Images sidebar:
I do not see 3 other images in your Media > Library page that are attached to other posts, which is why they are not showing up.

AHH, the other two images are attached to PAGES rather than POSTS…

Unfortunately that was written into the theme as seen here:

We’d be able to remove it if we edit CSS, but that would entail purchasing the Custom Design upgrade. That upgrade also comes with custom fonts/colors. So, take a look and see if it would work for you.
Note you can preview using that upgrade by going to Appearance > Customize in your Dashboard. Note that none of the changes will publish until the upgrade is purchased. But even then, there’s always a full refund within 30 days.

The photos seem to come and go and I haven’t looked often enough to understand the underlying pattern.
