Photos Uploading at Wrong Size but Claiming to be Full Size

  I have been using wordpress.com and uploading photos without problems for years, until yesterday.

  I am uploading a photo that is 620px x 450px, I have tried several times now with different photos and file names and resaved and re-cropped and re-checked. I am uploading them at full size, and have checked everywhere to ensure it’s full size and at those dimensions. The text/code confirms the photo is those dimensions and at full size. Yet, when added to a post it displays at 300 x 218 and if I view or download off the site, it is magically in these new smaller dimensions.

  I have tried uploading it in both media and on the blog post and no matter what I do it will not upload at the correct size… or it’s changing the size somewhere. I have never had a problem with this before… seems like bug.
