Photos will not rotate

Hi, I’m trying to rotate my pictures in the media gallery of my WordPress Site (I have a paid domain site). For some reason it is not working today. Is there anything I can do?

The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased a custom domain, which suggests you are not working on homeandawar.wordpress.com
Could you try logging out of homeandawar, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? Once logged into that account, please reply here with the address of the site you need help with and we’ll be happy to take a look.
If you have a paid plan, you should also be able to start a chat if you prefer.

We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice. You could also try contacting the authors of the Travel Time theme as they usually provide a support area for answering questions.
I logged in and out and for some reason I couldn’t access the start chat feature.
Live chat is only available for WordPress.com sites with a paid plan, which is why you didn’t see the option :)
