  Hey There-
  I’m sorry you are having problems with the uploader. Can you try a few things?

  1. Force a refresh on your browser:

  2. Clear cookies and cache:

  Make sure the URL in the address of your browser contains “wordpress.com/wp-admin”. If this is not part of the URL, the uploader and insert functions will not work properly.

  Update the Flash player…

  If you’re still having problems, it would be very helpful if you could give us a step by step description of what you did and what you saw – “first I clicked on this button, then on this link, then I saw X when I expected to see Y”. I realize that’s tedious, but we can’t see what you see so we need you to describe it to us as best you can.

  Can you also provide some information about your environment?

  – What is the URL in your browsers address bar when you are on your Dashboard?
  – Are you using Windows, Mac, or Linux? Which version of the OS are you using?
  – What browser (Firefox, IE, Safari, etc.) and version are you using?
  – What is your version of Flash? It can be found here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
