Photos with transparent backgrounds

  I am trying to find out if there is a way to ensure my photos posted in my blog show up with a transparent background. They are PNG files. When I uploaded my header the transparency was fine. Now my new post “World’s Best Grilled Cheese” shows the transparent backgrounds with white backgrounds.

  Any help?

  You must upload an image of the exact size you need without cropping it after uploading to preserve transparency.

  I didn’t crop it. My theme adjusts the size of my image, does that effect the transparency?

  That did not work. I uploaded photos smaller and the exact size of what they should be to fit the screen and the backgrounds are still white.

  World’s Best Grilled Cheese

  I changed the second image to fit the screen exactly. So wordpress did not adjust the size and I did not crop it.

  In your code, delete the width and height specifications:
