This forum is for sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Your site is not hosted here. There are two versions of WordPress and you use the one supported through the support pages and forums at WordPress.org:
Read this for the differences between the two and hints on how to get help with your version:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/The support forums for your version are located at:

You can create an account for the WordPress.org support forums here:

Non-WordPress.com Nameservers
Although ladybrisbaneqld.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.
To learn about how to correctly map an existing domain, please see our documentation. https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#2-ask-your-domain-provider-to-update-your-dns-settings If you’re not sure whether you own this domain or not, the WHOIS database record may help you out. http://www.whois.net/whois/ladybrisbaneqld.com

Hi @amyelisabethanderson, if it helps, your site is hosted through websitewelcome, which is a reseller for hostgator.
If you hired an agency to set up a site for you, they may be able to help you gain access.
You do have a few sites on our servers that we can support, but ladybrisbaneqld.com is not one of them.
