  Dear,
  I bought the Chuck theme and I upgraded to Custom design.
  Now I can edit the CSS in the Customize widget,
  but I don’t have the possibility to edit the code of PHP pages like:
  – header.php
  – footer.php
  Am i doing something wrong?

  Hi Massimiliano,

  You’re not doing anything wrong. While we allow access to edit the CSS with Custom Design, for security and stability purposes, we don’t allow access to the PHP code.

  Sites running the WordPress.org software on a host of your choosing has the ability to do this, though you are responsible for the technical aspects of your site (more details on the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org)
