Hi, I just started my website the other day and saved a some draft blog work. today I tried to login using 2 separate computers and keep getting this error in my browser: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’. You are running 7.0.33.

    Any help please? Thanks

    Hi there!

What’s the URL of the site you’re working on?

On WordPress.com, you do not need to update your PHP or WordPress version as it’s managed by the platform automatically. It does sound like you might be using the open-source WordPress.org software as it’s running an older version of PHP.

Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the WordPress.org software, we recommend reaching out to the forums below:

You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist with getting the PHP version updated.
