php error – my webpage and all its setting and plug ins appear to be gone

  I was trying to change the size of my thumbnail pictures so i downloaded a plug in called ‘my custom functions’ i put in a php code which i found on a forum to change thunbnail size and then the error screen came up – a white screen with this:
  ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home3/chefasht/public_html/wp-content/plugins/my-custom-functions/my-custom-functions.php(216) : eval()’d code on line 1

  i cannot edit any of my settings, all my posts and pages have gone, when i click to try and edit my site the error screen comes up. In ‘my site’ settings page it says i have no plug ins installed so i cant even de-activate the plug in.
