PHP error resulted in unable to access website

  Hi

  I am working on my friend website. The website is created with WordPress.

  Welcome

  But I encounter the error like this:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘$value’ (T_VARIABLE) in /home3/massage/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/functions.php on line 36

  The problem caused I can’t even access my dashboard. How to access dashboard, and delete that ugly pluggin?

  Please. I really need help with WordPress site.
